Orders placed through www.bigbearhoney.com are processed and shipped by Big Bear Honey, LLC.

Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST are processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST are processed and shipped the next business day. During busy seasons, holidays, product launches, or high-volume periods, processing or shipping times may be longer.

Shipping rates and delivery options are shown at checkout before payment is completed.

We ship orders using UPS, FedEx, and USPS.

We currently ship to addresses nationwide within the United States.

Once your order ships, you may receive tracking information by email. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on the shipping carrier, destination, weather, holidays, or other factors outside our control.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Big Bear Honey, LLC. is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging.
