Refund policy

At Big Bear Honey, LLC., we want every customer to feel confident when placing an order with us.

Because our products are carefully packaged and shipped directly to customers, we accept returns only on eligible items that are unused, unopened, and in their original condition.

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order. To start a return, please contact us at info@bigbearhoney.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.

Returned items must be approved before they are shipped back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

We do not accept returns on opened, used, damaged by customer, final sale, or perishable items unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at info@bigbearhoney.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.
